Can't Win! But... Shipping Finally Underway

Hi All,
Wow what a last few weeks we've been having...
Production finished, final samples approved & QC signed off.
That's the good news! However, shipping had been delayed because of US warehousing issues.
Shipping.
Due to major problems friends have faced with a particular fulfilment warehouse we were planning to use, we have had to reconsider that partner because last-stage delays and errors that are out of our control are not something we want to risk given how delayed the project is already.
To get things moving we've followed advice and are shipping UK/EU and ROW orders first, the warehouse is getting started on the export list for the UK and the other regions thereafter (next week is the goal!). These orders are going direct via air with an estimated 10 day delivery window and no customs fee issues.
The N.America ones are going get moving very soon as we are finalising quotes between direct air shipping and going via a new warehouse where inbound docs and pricing are still being discussed.

Production + QC Stage Images

Hi All,
Please find some photos from production, quality control & packing below!
This is always an exciting phase of any project, great to see each unit being visibly inspected throughout the packing process. Each lid is pre-checked before being fit to the can, they're packed into the retail boxes and the barcode sticker for that colour-combination is attached to make the shipping process error-free!

Once this phase is complete (a week or so later than planned but these QC/assembly places are busy and you have to essentially book a slot with them) the sealed cartons of product will begin making their way to the shipping company we're using.
Global shipping rates are still fluctuating and higher than when the project launched, the main thing we're looking at though is expected delivery times. We'll be in touch as soon as we know how your rewards will be coming to you!

Addresses Locked - Production Finished Soon

Hi All,
We have begun locking orders ready to export the first batch to the shipping company as production is due to be finished end of month.
It's been a long journey with many problems to overcome, but we cannot thank you all enough for your patience during this time. We've received final samples in hand and have photos of more and have to say, we're extremely happy with the final product.

Hi All,
Please see the photos attached of the first brushed + black lid 'final sample' taken off the production tooling. We've been testing this since last week and are really happy with how they've come out.
The black versions will have the coating applied at the end of production - which we have been told is due to finish towards the end of June. As for the silicone lids, we've sent off the original lid sample's to get 1:1 colour matching for the updated design.
The grippy texture came out exactly as we wanted it!
We'll get an update posted as soon as we have production images coming through!
Currently sitting at more than 5400% funded, Soapstone is a must-see. Ideal for carrying alongside your Aeropress to clean your hands before brewing coffee! (or as an oat-milk dispenser perhaps?...)
Lid Texture, Production & Soapstone!

Hi All,
We have received images of the final lid texture and are absolutely delighted with how they have come out. This grippy texture contrasts with the matte surface around the logo and we're really pleased with how it looks.
Production is underway for the cans - we're looking forward to getting photo updates of production, and showcasing the first units in black and brushed that come off the line!
Currently sitting at more than 2700% funded, Soapstone is a must-see. Ideal for carrying alongside your Aeropress to clean your hands before brewing coffee! (or as an oat-milk dispenser perhaps?...)
