Surveys Due Soon!

Hi All,

Our address surveys and add-ons are setup and pending BackerKit review. This can apparently take up to 2 days but hopefully will be faster! 

They're double checking all the setup is correct so there will be no mistakes when it comes to production and shipping! 

Once signed off, a 'smoke test' will be sent - a random selection of backers to run through the surveys and assuming there are no problems, the rest will then be sent out! 

Please be sure to answer the survey ASAP to not cause any production delays. 

The surveys will be sent to your Kickstarter Login Emails - so keep an eye on those inboxes!! 

Many thanks for your continued patience, we're excited to get cracking asap!

BackerKit, Production & Next Steps

Hello everyone,

Thank you for your patience! To those unfamiliar with the KS process, creators have to wait 2-3 weeks once the campaign has ended for the funds to be received - once this happens we can unlock the BackerKit survey tools and begin putting everything together so the address surveys can be sent out. 

Those funds are due this week, and while we've been reviewing the numbers and planning next steps we can't proceed until the surveys are sent out so you can all confirm your colour preference and order any extras.

An update will be posted as soon as the surveys are live, but in the mean time we are on track and looking forward to moving forward!

A massive thank you to everyone that has backed this campaign, it means a lot that so many people believe in STORR and I'm extremely excited to get production underway!

What Happens Next?

Over the next 7 days Kickstarter will begin charging your cards. If any payments fail, don't worry, you'll have a second chance to pay during the post-campaign Address Survey provided by BackerKit. 

In approx 2 weeks time I will receive the funds from Kickstarter and be able to start working on the Address Survey setup, the add-on store and begin a final design discussion with the factory now we have confirmed quantities! 

Until then, there really isn't anything for you to do - any questions, comments or suggestions keep them coming!

Thank you all so much for supporting STORR (formerly VESL) in its first week on Kickstarter!!

To anyone unaware, we inadvertently got a bit close to a trademarked name so with guidance decided to change the name from VESL to STORR - but the product is still the same! 

Thank you to everyone who has filled in the little mini marketing survey, it really helps us understand things better - and it's great to see so many of you are Aeropress users!

Spreading the word...

A question - how best to get STORR out there so more people can see it? Any tips, suggestions or ideas will be massively appreciated.
